Abbie founded Riverlily in 2012 and has built it into a club where dogs and handlers train in a friendly, relaxed environment in the Hertfordshire countryside. She has taught thousands of gundogs of every breed, character and temperament, each one needing a slightly different approach. Her own team of eight related Labradors compete in Working Tests through the summer and pick up on local shoots all winter. Training is reward-based, structured and progressive, and most lessons finish with tea and cake.
